2 Years to 3 years warranty depending on the product

The warranty period for is 1~25 years for different Sungoldpower products. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the day of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Our products come with 30 days return policy. Within the return period, Sungoldpower will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra product you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

BLUETTI Warranty Period


BLUETTI warrants that the product will be free from defect in workmanship and material to the original consumer purchaser.

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser,


For the product of portable power station, the warranty period varies from 24 months to 72 months.

For the product of home backup system, the warranty period varies from 48 months to 60 months.

For the product of solar panel and accessories as cable, charger etc, 12 months is provided for the warranty service.

No warranty for gifts product and Warranty period may vary by country subject to local laws and regulations.

Warranty Statement


Any defects in material, workmanship of your product will be covered after you provide any valid proof of purchase and information including but not limited to:

A purchased order number made through BLUETTI official stores.

Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel.


Note: The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty will be invalid on the items once they are taken or shipped to other countries.


Exclusions of Warranty


  • 1. Misused, abused, damaged by accident or damaged due to force majeure (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.);
  • 2. Unauthorized modification, repair, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
  • 3. Purchased from unauthorized resellers;
  • 4. Use for special application other than normal consumer use;
  • 5. Lost, stolen or full refunded product;
  • 6. Any defect or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes;
  • 7. Invalid proof of purchase;
  • 8. Warranty period expired
  • 9. The battery model on the warranty certificate does not match the actual item;
  • 10. Unauthorized alteration on the warranty certificate;
  • 11. Product wear and tear through the usage of time.

VMAXTANKS are known for their long life span, ranging from 8 to 10 years in float service applications. Many factors can play a big part in the actual life span of deep-cycle batteries. The main factors are the Depths of Discharge and their frequency.

Nature of use, temperature, storage conditions, and charging procedure are among other factors that can prolong or shorten their life span.

VMAX AGM Batteries have a 12 month warranty against manufacturer defects.

VMAX Lithium LFP Batteries have a 7 year pro-rated warranty against manufacturer defects.

Since VMAX AGM batteries are designed to be used in tough applications demanding frequent Deep Depths of Discharge, they are warranted for 12 months from date of purchase to original customers against defects and workmanship.

Within this period, defective batteries due to manufacturer defect must be returned to the VMAX Authorized Dealer where the product was purchased for a warranty claim.

Beyond the first 24 months of the Free Replacement Period, the VMAX Lithium Battery warranty is pro-rated for up to 7 years based on the following uses:

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date.

There is a ten year "No Leak" warranty, which does not cover leaks due to freezing. To have a leaking panel repaired or replaced, within the 10 year leak warranty, the panel needs to be sent back to the manufacturer to be inspected (cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility). If the panel is freeze damaged, a $50 repair fee or replacement fee will be charged. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer.

The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS This warranty does not include:

  • Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as freezing damage or use in rental or contract trade or commercial use.
  • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage
  • Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damages incurred during transportation
  • Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance
  • Any used, previously displayed items

The Company makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral and the company expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, the Company disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this limited warranty may not apply to the Purchaser. For consumer transaction, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the Purchaser. All warranty claims must be filed by the consumer to the retailer of this product, who in turn is to contact the manufacturer regarding any warranty return or replacement. Please retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes.

  • The warranty period for all other RICH SOLAR products and components is one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the original consumer. A sales receipt from the original consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start of the warranty period. If you completed the online RICH SOLAR Product Registration Form within thirty (30) days after purchasing your product, that registration can also establish the start date of the warranty period. Warranty coverage is not conditioned upon such registration.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Opsolar Battery is 7 or 10 Years base on different model, from the date of purchase.


A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1 Years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.


What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:


Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.


Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification- Damaged or destroyed by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster- Theft or loss of the Physical Goods This Limited Warranty does not cover any shipping charges, handling charges, gift wrap fees or taxes. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges.


Damage due to improper installation; loose terminal connections, under-sized cabling, incorrect connections (series and parallel) for desired voltage and AH requirements, or reverse polarity connections .


Environmental damage; inappropriate storage conditions as defined by the Manufacturer; exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures, fire or freezing, or water damage .


Damage caused by collision.


Damage due to improper maintenance; under- or over-charging the Product, dirty terminal connections.


Product that has been opened, modified or tampered with.


Product that was used for applications other than which it was designed and intended for, including repeated engine starting


Product that was used on an over-sized inverter/charger without the use of a Manufacturer-approved current surge limiting device.


Product that was under-sized for the application, including an Air Conditioner or similar device having a locked rotor startup up current that is not used in conjunction with a Manufacturer-approved surge-limiting device.


Product not stored in adherence to the Manufacturer’s storage guidelines, including storage of the Product at low state-of-charge.


You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to Opsolar Battery.


What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return a product by contacting us.


Deliver the Physical Goods, in its original packaging, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specified by Opsolar Battery.

Limited Warranty One Year Limited Warranty


Natures Generator Inc. warrants to you, the original purchaser of this new product, that the product shall be free of defects in the original manufacture of the material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of your purchase of the product (“Warranty Period”). This product must be purchased from an authorized dealer and packaged with this warranty statement. This warranty does not cover refurbished product.


What does this Warranty Cover? During the Warranty Period, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is determined to be defective by an authorized dealer, Natures Generator Inc. will (at its sole option): (1) repair the product with new or rebuilt parts; or (2) replace the product at no charge with new or rebuilt comparable products or parts. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of Nature's Generator Inc. and are not returned to you. If service of products or parts are required after the Warranty Period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues


For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with the same refurbished model or a similar refurbished model of equal value. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, Anker will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.


Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 30 days after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.


Anker’s limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.


Process:
  • ● Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
  • ● Anker must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
  • ● The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
  • ● It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
  • ● For defective items that Anker needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to Anker or if the defective item is not returned.

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:

Limited Warranty


ACOPower Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the ACOPower product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.

TESFRIDGE comes with an 18-month limited warranty, while other products are covered for one year. Exchange


ACOPower will replace (at ACOPower's expense) any ACOPower product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.


Limited to Original Consumer Buyer


The warranty on ACOPower's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

1) In case of product defects
